Needle is a hedgehog whose spiky exterior masks a surprisingly soft heart. Growing up in the rough streets of northern England, he found solace in the fury of punk—it was the sound that matched his defensive stance. He learned bass guitar in back‑alley DIY shows and soon became known for his raw but melodic playing: he could switch from a grinding hardcore riff to a tender chord progression in seconds. Despite his tough sound, Needle treats bandmates to tea and honest advice, earning their trust with unexpected kindness.

He’s toured small venues with anti‑establishment street punk crews, but Needle also joined community food drives—balancing rowdy gigs with acts of care. He’s omnivorous musically and gastronomically: just as he’ll devour a pizza after rehearsal, he’ll also riff on a mellow ballad to calm everyone down. Needle believes punk is for all: loud, fast, but also inclusive and heartfelt.
